Mobile Farm Setup

We can provide our petting farm in an indoor or outdoor setting. We use a large variety of friendly reptiles, rabbits, guinea pigs, goats, piglets, ducks, chickens, miniature shetland pony and donkey to interact with the children. During the viewing/handling times we talk to adults and children about the animals, what they feel like, where they originally come from, what they eat etc.

We use a number of different set-ups for the animal displays (some are shown in these pictures).

One of the largest displays uses an area of approximately 12ft x 26ft, which is ideal for the large public events. The penning system, which is used by farmers, is the most adaptable, so we can create different shapes.

We can also display in separate areas with the rabbits and guinea pigs, chicks and ducks if necessary to spread the animals out into different groupings. All of the enclosures have signage with the animal fact sheets.

All of our clients received a method statement, risk assessment and the certificate of insurance from us. All documentation in relation to displaying animals is taken care of by us. 

Preschool, Nurseries and Schools
We provide a memorable interactive and educational visit to your school or nursery with the children being able to see, touch and interact with animals they would not normally come into contact with. We can support the teaching of the national curriculum with discussion with teaching staff prior to the visit to establish the desired learning outcomes.
